Allison Caputo is a Nationally Accredited Mediator.

Allison is a Nationally Accredited Mediator with the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators (AIFLAM).  Whilst a Judicial Registrar in the Brisbane Registry of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Allison resolved many parenting and property disputes between parties.   After leaving the Court, she started a successful mediation practice and is available to assist parties who wish to resolve their matter without resorting to litigation.

As a solicitor with over 20 years experience in family law and as an Accredited Specialist, Allison has expertise in complex parenting and property matters and understands the financial and emotion costs of litigation.

Allison is available to conduct mediations in person or virtually.
