We are buying/selling our house? Can you help us?
Yes, we offer a wide range of conveyancing services can assist with all types of conveyancing, including land, houses and units through to commercial properties, businesses and cattle properties. We strongly recommend you engage with us during your negotiation stage so as we can ensure appropriate terms and conditions are included into the Contract for your protection.
Can you help me make a Will as well as a Power of Attorney and do I need to bring anything to my appointment?
Yes, we can prepare both documents for you. It helps if you bring identification, full contact details of your proposed attorneys and executors, as well as a list of your assets and who you’d like to leave them to. If you already have an old Will, please bring a copy of that too if it is available.
Do you offer home visits for elderly clients?
Yes, we do. Our lawyers can visit clients at home, in aged-care facilities, or in hospital. We just need to know your address and availability so we can schedule a suitable time.
My father just passed away. What do I need to do about his estate?
The first step is to meet with one of our estate lawyers, who can explain what needs to be done — such as applying for probate or managing the assets. We can arrange an appointment for you as soon as you’re ready and bring along the Will, documents evidencing ownership of property and the Death Certificate if it is available.
I need help with a divorce. Can someone here assist me?
Yes, we have family lawyers who handle divorce and property settlement matters. Please bring along your Marriage Certificate and full details of your spouse and children.
I don’t want my partner to know I’m seeing a lawyer — will my information be private?
Absolutely. Everything you share with us is confidential, even before you become a client. We take your privacy very seriously.
I’ve been charged with a criminal offence and have to go to Court — what should I do?
We have criminal lawyers who regularly handle all types of court matters. Please bring the paperwork the Police served on you.
