Allison is a Director at Mobbs Marr Legal and specialises in family law. Allison heads up our family law practice from Brisbane.

Allison has practiced exclusively in family law for more than 20 years and is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law.   Allison understands the impact of litigation on separated parties and works to find a resolution where possible.  However, as a former Judges Associate and Judicial Registrar of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, she is skilled in navigating the court process when required.  Allison served for three years as a Queensland Law Society Councilor.

With experience in complex parenting and property matters, Allison is able to advise and represent clients in respect of all matters pertaining to marital and defacto separation.

Allison understands the emotional and financial cost of separation on parties and children and approaches each matter with empathy and with an intention to limit this cost to families.

As a Nationally Accredited Mediator, Allison is available to assist couples to resolve their matters through mediation.
